A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.
  • The Ultimate DIY

I think there may be some photo trickery going on here, otherwise Joseph Downunder has managed to pull off what may indeed be the ultimate example of a DIY piercing.  Unless someone can prove it’s photoshopped, I’m going to assume he’s mastered time travel and/or cloning.

  • Vacation Photos

Spring break is coming up, which means it’s time to break out the cameras and head someplace tropical.  Just like this happy couple did.

You’ll have to keep reading to see the rest of the photo.

Thanks to Flavia for sending in the vacation picture.

  • Head and Shoulders, Knees and Toes

Well here’s something you don’t see every day.  It’s a variation on the invisible chair suspension using the top of the shoulder and the inner thigh.  On top of that, it’s a karaoke party hosted by PitBull Suspension so while she’s suspending, she’s also singing.

  • Mustache March

I love Jake‘s mustache.  I also love the fact that those plugs you see in his ears are actually his removed nipples cast in resin.  A while back we featured Jake’s nipple removal, that included a video of him making his plugs so be sure to check that out, so you can really appreciate the final product.

  • Because it’s Tuesday

    Here’s Smurfasaur with purple hair.

  • Guess What?

This is a good one.  Not only is it going to be hard for you to guess, it’s also going to be something you may not have seen before, or at least haven’t seen in a long time.

Sorry for the blurriness.  I had to crop it small and blow it up, otherwise it would have given it away.

Think you know what it is?  Read on to see if you’re right.

Ok, before I put up the photo, here’s the obligatory warning;  Don’t do this.  It’s incredibly dangerous and possibly crippling.  The risks involved are astronomical, and can easily result in any number of serious and permanent injuries if attempted.  Alright, with that said, let’s take a look at a stretched achilles piercing.

They’re currently at 16mm, according to Daniel lovesmilk rutt, who sent them in, however he didn’t include any other information, such as how long they’ve been in place.  However, seeing as how they’ve been stretched up to 16mm indicated they’re something he’s had for a significant amount of time.

Given how controversial these piercings have been in the past, please try to keep the comments civil.

  • Heptagonally Scarring

Hexagons, octagons, these are the shapes that we see quite a bit, now heptagons, that’s an entirely different category.  Technically this is a heptagram, but you get the idea.  Given the positioning of this scar, as well as the contrast between the big removal, and small pieces, it’ll be interesting to see how this heals up.

    Scarification by Iestyn Flye.

  • BMEGirls are Intoxicating

Especially when their name is IntoXiKate.

Whoops, I seem to have accidentally cropped the photo, lets try that again after the jump.

There we go.  Be sure to check out Kate’s IAM Page, as well as the BMEGirls gallery for more photos.

  • Hooked on BME

Here’s another photo from the First Blood suspension showcase at the Sydney Tattoo Expo.  This one is of Joeltron and his big BME/CBR Triskelion tattoo.

  • Unicorns are real

Just ask Tattoo Temple artist Wang.  He obviously sketched one right onto his client with one of the patented Tattoo Temple tattoo needle brushes.
