A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Eric’s Diamonds and Dustin’s Yoda

Ryan Corrigal at Strange City in Edmonton, AB just did these diamond cuttings on Eric.

And when I was reading his page today, I saw that he’s just done a great Yoda cutting that I just had to post as well because I know people are going to love it!

Did he use a lightsaber to cut them?

Hahaha. Aaron, wouldn’t that be branding? Yoda ftw.

    These were so fun.

But, as a note the Yoda is on DUSTIN not Zack.

Zack just helped do a few lines.

Haha, yeah it probably would be branding, but at the time I couldn’t formulate a good Yoda impression.

Good call, Shannon. I DO love the hell out of that Yoda.
I’ve not seen a ton of really geeky or just plain for the hell of it humorous cuttings yet, I hope this is gonna become more common.
Anyway, yeah, nice cut. Tons of detail in the little guy, but it’s simplified just enough that I can see it healing absolutely perfectly.

I reckon he’s one to watch and can’t wait to see what he comes up with next.

I’m just glad it’s classic Yoda and not ridiculous mini-lightsaber-wielding prequel Yoda…

  25. Aaron Avatar

But the prequel yoda has mini fists of fighting fury. And also pulls some pretty sweet sonic the hedghog moves. Also, how badass/unnecessary is it when he uses the force to unsheath his lightsaber that’s only 8 inches away.

Ridiculous mini-lightsabre-wielding Yoda was totally the best thing in the prequels!
I have always felt a strange love for Yoda. And I love the cutting.

Very very cool. And the diamonds-and-roses guy is pretty cute too!
