Beginning on the left is an amputated “pinkie” finger ballerina by Daniella Degtiar from Israel. No_Pants‘ sleeve (middle) has a rather epic wolf-driven hand amputation, and strengthwithinme‘s pitbull is a little bit aggressive and sometimes retrieves a little bit of the mailman along with the mail (by Al Garcia at North Coast Customs in Mentor, OH).

According to Norse mythology Fenrisulfr was becoming a menace to the gods and so they sought to bind him. In order to get the fetter on Fenrisulfr one of the gods had to place their hand in his mouth as a show of good faith if he couldn’t get out of the fetter. To make a relatively long story short, he couldn’t and he bit Týr’s hand off. Good story.
