A tattooed person suspends from hooks, laying flat, one leg higher than the other. Their head is back, and they seem to be smiling, dark hair dangling like an anime character.

  • It’s Instilled to Wanna Live

Marissa sends in this tattoo, based on a drawing that describes how cats land on their feet. Look, I don’t need some fancy illustration to tell me how cats land on their feet — it’s witchcraft, plain and simple. When I throw my dogs around, they land on their asses, the way nature intended, and then they get a treat. Cats? Cats are acting in direct defiance of God’s will. Not surprising. Not surprising at all.

  • New Article Posted! (Lizardman Interview)

Good morning, ModBlog! What better way to start off your week than by drinking a tall glass of the nectar that comes freshly squeezed from The Lizardman‘s mind-grapes?

It’s been a few years since we’ve heard from him here on BME, and really, it’s been too long. The world is a much different place now (well, marginally different, at least), and it’s always reassuring to have him around as a bright green guide through the chaos that surrounds us. He and I recently exchanged e-mails over a couple of days, talking about the new American president, the rigors of life on the road and the difficulties of making the transition from sideshow to stand-up.

Triff_id sends in this photo of wife (I think!) having her tongue split. I know the reigning consensus is that tongue-splitting really isn’t particularly traumatic, but that’s a pretty stoic face nonetheless. Russians are of a hearty stock, indeed.

  • Happy Sunday, ModBlog

Huh, what do you know? I just got up, and … now I think I have to go lie down again. Funny, that.
