Joeltron, ever a fan of unusual piercings, pierced an ear that was slightly abnormal due to a birth defect. The name he gave the piercing, “ear flappy flop doodad“. It’s a technical name, with very specific anatomically correct terminology.

I’m not sure the owner of Dale here was thinking of Shakespeare when they named him, but they definitely went to an artist when it was time to get a portrait of him tattooed.
