But seriously, don’t these suspension pictures look like parkour when you edit out the ropes? I was expecting or hoping for something closer to superheroes flying through the air, but I guess you need more height for that. I wish I could credit this photo and I hope I will be forgiven for posting a picture yanked from the bowels of the Internet, but got a kick out of this picture because it reminded me of one of those scenes in a cartoon when the person gets super mad and smoke shoots out of their ears (PS. did you know you can really do that — youtube.com/watch?v=RLETM9abj9Y?).

So I was flipping through tattoo pictures, and saw this great traditional Samoan-style tattoo, and — boom, a “totally-looks-like” moment — instantly all I can think of is the Emperor’s Royal Guard from the Star Wars series. Am I nuts? You can see this too, right?

This nice biomechanical piece, scary hidden eyeball and all, comes to us from Fap (Fap!) at Rapid Needle Movement in Longwy, France. Between said eyeball, the excellent placement and the fact that the artist’s name is Fap (Fap!), this one was pretty much destined for ModBlog from day one.
