Normally when you see a corset piercing, the ribbon/string is pulled just tight enough to give the impression of restraint. IAM:.Trevor. approached this corset differently, letting the ribbon hang loose, while being weighed down by the gold discs in the middle, giving it a really nice look.

About six years ago Shannon shared with you the story of Nadia, IAM: Spirytus’ daughter who, at the time, was six years old. What was special at the time was that Nadia had just tattooed her dad.
Well, Nadia is 12 now, and she’s still at it. She even has a small group of clients who are lined up for more work from her. Her most recent piece was also on her father, which you can see below.
Now six years ago, when the story was first posted. It was reblogged on a Christian parenting blog, which led to a pretty heated argument between members of their community and ours. Keep in mind that her father is a tattoo artist, oversees all of her work, and it is all done in a studio. Specifically Never Say Die in London, England.
It looks like she’s finally grown into those gloves.

It’s my favorite South African ex-pat, Gisella Rose. It looks like this was taken right after a resurrection suspension, as you can see by the hook holes on her abdomen. Plus it’s been a while since we’ve seen some cheek skewering, especially one with that much drool.

Did you know that last week was the 70th post titled “The Friday Follow-up”. Now I know there’s been a couple of weeks that I missed it, and a few where the title was different, so I’d say we’re right around the 75 mark. Which is a pretty big milestone when you consider that the only way this weekly feature has stayed strong is through the contributions of both scarification artists, and the people who love their scars. So with the submit by e-mail function up and running again, start uploading those scarification photos, both fresh and healed, so we can keep thing going for another 75 weeks.
This week we’re looking at a scar by the artist who has probably been featured the most in the weekly follow-ups, Brian Decker. This particular scar we first saw back in December, with IAM:Theycallmeanna the proud recipient.
