    I’ll let the letter speak for itself:

    Hi. My name is Kristin. About a year ago, I was in a pet store in Langhorne, PA. There was this “aweful” looking little puppy with no hair except for a mohawk on his bald little wrinkly head being sold for $1,000. I’m not for buying dogs from pet stores, but this little dog totally belonged to me! The next day, I went back to the pet store and he was mine.

    Long story short, I named him Pee Wee Martini and he is entered in this year’s World’s Ugliest Dog contest held in Petaluma, CA. I’m traveling cross country hoping Pee Wee will get this year’s title. You can see pictures of Pee Wee and vote for him to win by following the links at http://www.peeweemartini.com/.

    So… I have never loved a living creature as much as I love little Pee Wee Martini so I decided to get a Pee Wee Martini tribute tattoo. It is one of my more simple tattoos, but by far, my most favorite!

    I just got a wonderful letter from Cara, a fellow German (although she lives there, I don’t) who is affected by the ban on linking to BME in Germany (which keeps it out of the search engines there for example). She’s in front of the Brandenburger Tor of Berlin in the rain sticking her tongue out at the BPjS for banning BME with the explanation that it contained (and I love this), “highly condemnable and revolting scenarios of gruesome violence against humans”. That should be my new slogan.

    What’s funny is that’s pretty much how people looked at me last time I was in Germany too.

    Now, I’ve mentioned time and time again that I think Dave Gillstrap is one of the most talented and cutting edge scarification artists working in the world today. However, and I feel terrible saying this, but when I see these angel wings on Allison, all I can think of is the hullaballoo about the “shell with hidden penis tattoo” a while back.

    All I can think of though when I see the top of the wing (mostly because of the glans-defining blood droplet), is that it’s supposed to be a horse penis. I’m sure it will heal fine and of course it’s in part an illusion because of the blood, but in these fresh photos that’s all I keep seeing when I look… Ehhh… My mind is probably warped by looking at too many human penises.

    But anyway, I think that piece will look amazng when it’s done, almost like the ghostly white shadow of wings on her back rather than an explicit image like you’d get with a tattoo.

    Babakhin sends in this photo (no, it’s not on him, it’s a snapshot he took) that was done in a Russian prison… I’m guessing that “earning” this tattoo may not have been a pleasant experience, but who knows? Personally, I plan on avoiding Russian prison.
