In the update posted earlier today there are quite a few amazing pictures of my black-assed friend J’s heavy genital mods and extensive tattooing. I’ve put one photo after the break, and there are a ton more in the update. Some people might really enjoy getting this tattoo, but I don’t think I would enjoy sitting through it one bit.

I think this one is pretty easy, although there’s a subtle nuance to it.
Before the comments start, I should add, as you can see from the left photo, that the individual had already done half, likes it, and is very aware of the consequences and issues involved. As a point of trivia, for most people, the “stump” is extremely sensitive, and erections are much harder afterwards, so in general terms even though this is a removal procedure it is most definitely also a sex-positive procedure.

This piercing by Pat Tidwell at Slave to the Needle in Seattle, Washington reminds me of the most recent “guess what” entry, although the anatomy is more unusual. You can keep reading to get a better look at it, but he calls it the “anal hood piercing” — he describes the tissue as skin similar to labial tissue and says this is only the second time he’s seen anyone with this anatomy… Not sure what the cause of it is, but it’s definitely pierceable.

Haha, it’s funny, Anders is such a “safe” interview that there hasn’t been the usual frenzied hurricane of “for” and “against” posting. Before I got out ice skating, let me make up for that with a little of the old “Guess What”. I don’t think anyone will particularly have trouble with this one — the answer continues after the break.
That’s a 40mm (1 9/16″) tunnel by the way.

It’s one thing to marvel over someone’s big lip or big earlobe piercing, but it’s another thing altogether when someone manages to stretch their anus to enormous proportions, as my friend JC (regularly featured on both BME/HARD and in BMEvideo) has managed to do.
