Human Rib as Body Jewelry

I get a kick out of this shot of Kevin at the NYC tattoo convention wearing a human rib (as in ~~what girls are made of~~ a real human rib) as jewelry for his stretched septum and ear lobes. Or at least that he tells me. I just realized as I’m writing this for all I know I’m being messed with, ha.
