Obviously one of the reasons that people like surface piercings is that it gives them the ability to place piercings just about anywhere with a reasonable chance of successful healing. But I often wonder just how and why people choose their particular placement — what exactly struck them about the back of their shoulder that made them decide that was the one they wanted?

My only question is how they decided who gets “OUCH” and who gets “SEXY” tattooed on their inner lip… Was it a test of wits? Of strength? Or did they just draw lots? Either way, more people should get tattoos with their friends. These are by Jim Tattoo at Black Ink Industry Tattoos in Sabah, Borneo. What, you thought they only did tribal tatties in Borneo?

I post outdoor suspension pictures all the time (here’s one for example from back in November), but I liked these ones a lot (I’m a sucker for romance I guess, even though I try and play the sleaze here). They’re from Exiting Body in France (I like the back tattoo as well).

OK, it’s not really “travel” because my friends Keruganja and xcecixpuentex from CSC Tattoo Shop are from Bolivia… but I like pretending that I’m on vacation when I get their photos. That said, don’t ask me what’s up with their white alpaca, I have no explanation for you.

Mostly I just thought these were really funny pictures if you took them out of context, primarily due to his (and I guess her) facial expression… It looks like good pain he’s feeling, not bad pain! Thanks to Nico for sending them (and click here to see what’s really going on).

I was going to write a caption about how this seems like an unusual position to tattoo from but that it was somehow justified by poor vision, but then I decided the joke wasn’t terribly funny. So just enjoy it without a caption… More explicit photos are in BME/HARD by the way (or will be on the next update).

Earlier in the month I mentioned my old and dear friend Marty suspending while drinking, smoking, and eating pizza. Oh, and I think that the girl in the photos might be underage as well, but I’m not sure. Anyway, these photos are nearly five years old at this point so I think Phil‘s fears that they could kill our little suspension team are past their statute of limitations?
Sincere apologies to Marty for posting these. Not because of the pizza, beer, smokes, and sodomy violations, but because they’re bad photos of him — ladies, I assure you that he looks much better than these photos from August 2001 reflect!
