A tattooed person suspends from hooks, laying flat, one leg higher than the other. Their head is back, and they seem to be smiling, dark hair dangling like an anime character.

  • Random Acts of Suspension

As the first person to ever successfully complete a facial suspension, Supa is always looking for a challenge when it comes to suspension.  At a recent Kaptive8 Suspension Krew event, Supa left it up to chance when it came time to suspend.  The number of hooks, hook placement, and orientation were all randomly drawn from a hat.  In the end it was 7 hooks, spread across his left knee, left thigh, right calf, right upper back, top of the ass crack, right butt cheek, and throat.  Positioning was set as his left side facing up.  So what does a random suspension look like?  This.

  • Sinners in the sun

When you think of Moscow’s Sinner Team, the first thing to come to mind is probably the free fall suspensions.  If not that then any number of the other incredible suspensions they’ve put together at their space in the city, or out in the cold Russian air.  The last thing you’re going to think of is hanging by a tree over the ocean on an island off the coast of Thailand.

Now this is The Sinner Team, so you know Stanislav had his camera rolling for all of the suspensions.  So here’s the video they took of their time in Thailand.

  • Little big tattoo

I’m kind of surprised I haven’t seen more tattoos for Little Big Planet.  Given how much you can customize your ball of yarn, it’s a canvas just waiting to be explored.  This one was done by Mark Bailey from Golden Dragon Tattoo Studio in Chester, England.

  • Chariot of Fire

This is nothing short of epic in both scope and execution.  Wang from Tattoo Temple has really outdone himself with this Helios brushwork piece.

  • The Friday Follow-up

This week’s follow-up is of a branding that we saw back in February.

Normally when it comes to scarification 2 months in is still pretty fresh in terms of overall healing, however when the brand is over heavy blackwork, the end result is easily visible.

If you haven’t guessed by now, this was done by none other than Brian Decker.
