Inka: BME Hard has all sorts of stuff in there, not necessarily ‘mods’ either. I think it belongs on modblog as its still an activity that invokes pain to achieve an end result.
Think a suspension isn’t a modification as such, however it is frequently featured.
Also, repeated use of weights are used by some to stretch the scrotum long term, resulting in a body mod. However the male genitals have the most incredible ability to return back to normal….
