A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Guess What?

Alright, I’ll admit, the last Guess What? was really easy.  This one, not so much.  Unless I’m lying, in which case it could be really easy.

Think you’ve got an idea of what you’re seeing?  Take a guess and read on to see if you’re right.

Why it’s some good old fashioned deep skewering!  Thanks to Birgit for sending in the photos.  Remember folks, the guys aren’t the only ones who can have fun with big long needles.

That just can’t be good for the body.Personally that sort of play is beyond me, but the damage to the boobie just can’t be good over the long run

I’m all for body modding, but this just seems like nothing but dangerous. If even one skewer wasn’t proerly sanitized, she could get a life-threatening infection. Ouch, ouch, ouch.

Yikes. I have my nipples double-pierced (just like that actually) but that’s about all I think I’d ever do to my boobs (aside from some possibly sort of ink of course.) Ouch…just ouch.

    Amazing!!
If the equipment is sterile, it doesn’t seem more dangerous than some other “surgical” play I’ve seen on BME or sites like Torture Galaxy (lots of tit skewering/nailing there too)… Probably takes a long time to heal though 😛

Does this put one at a higher risk for stuff like breast cancer?
