Last week’s was pretty easy, and I think this one may be as well.

Please note, the image is cropped and zoomed in, so that may affect your guesses.  With that said, what do you think it is?

Read on to see if you’re right.

It’s a transscrotal!  Obviously that isn’t standard jewelry, but when you’ve got a hole through your scrotum, you might as well put whatever you want into it.
