A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Ringing in the ears

We haven’t seen some implant related procedural shots in a while so here’s some from Mike Grant.  The first photo is him creating the pocket in that thin layer between the skin and the cartilage on the ear, and the second it the final result, small circle implant.

Now punch through the center of the circle and seuture(sp) the hole. Would look insane. Tattoo the outside of the implant to give it some definition!

I was thinking the exact same thing awful. I’d love to have an implant like that with a hole through the center, it would be an awesome effect.

That’s the first time in a LONG time a shot on modblog has made me cringe. I don’t know what it is but it’s really really hard for me to look at that.

thanks everyone. it was obviously done with no anesthetic and he said it wasnt painfull, procedure took me 5 min each ear, and i was going to punch a 2mm hole in the centres after, i also thought that it would have finished off the mod nicely. i have small skulls, hearts, stars, and my new implant designs should be out in a few months, very cool stuff if i do say so myself lol.
    again, thanks everyone.
