It’s with great sadness that I have to inform you of the passing of a member of our community. Last night while cycling to a friend’s house, IAM: Aloewishes (Fredrick Kobrick) was struck and killed in a senseless hit and run. All of us here at BME are saddened by the loss of Aloewishes and our thoughts are with the family and loved ones.

This is so fucking disgusting. He was such a beautiful human and such an active contributor to BME. We are going to miss the fuck out of him. All the best for his loved ones. It’s so sad how often we lose part of our family.

SHIT! I remember loads of pictures of him in the galleries and lurking his iam page because of his previously mentioned zen like posts. This saddens me. May your soul fly free.

Holy crap, I met this kid randomly at Milwaukee Noise Fest last year and didn’t make the IAM connection until months later. What a tragedy as a fellow IAM member and cyclist I can sympathize. We ended up having breakfast together and he seemed really intelligent and had some interesting things to say that really made me think.

Seriously was awestruck to see this. I hope to meet aloe sometime in another realm of reality. I am so happy to see how many people he inspired, myself included, it is truly greatful.

Hello I am Freddy’s mom.
I would like to thank all of you for remembering him. He was truly a good kind son as well as a friend to everyone he knew. I am suffering a great loss. I don’t think I will ever ” get over it” . Freddy was Frederick Michael Kobrick lV , he will never be able to pass his name along. This man took everything. He said it was an accident. I’m sorry I totally disagree with the drunken jackass. An accident is ” mishap” or someone having a heart attack while driving and ” accidentally” killing someone. This man knew when he drank and decided to stick his key in the ignition it was ” willful conduct” . I hope he sits in jail forever , his family can see him and talk to him. I will never embrace Freddy in this life again. I am building a memorial page on Facebook for him if you search Frederick Kobrick, you will see the memorial page below it. In honor of Fred, I had tee shirts made with his ” surround your H8 with love” they are black and white. Black for ink, and white for paper. I am going to sell these at what it costs me $12 that includes shipping. I will posting the shirt tonite. If anyone is interested let me know. I am not making a profit on these shirts and nor do I want to. I just want to keep his legacy going. My FB is Denise Panisak Kobrick. add me.
Thank
