A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Guess What?

It’s been a while since we’ve had a Guess What post, and while the game has been retired, there are still a lot of images that can leave you scratching your head wondering what it is you’re seeing.

So, without further ado, here’s your Guess What? for today…

Take your time, and when you think you know exactly what it is, keep on reading to find out if you’re right.

This ladies and gentlemen is BIG hole’s meatotmy/frenum/glans/dolphin project.

Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong with any of these, but from the photos is appears that following his meatotmy he put in a large gauge frenum as well as a dolphin.  From there it looks like he took a half-ampallang and stretched the glans to create the large hole.

There are more photos of the project in the meatotmy gallery which is located in the extreme surgical galleries.  If you don’t have access to those galleries, consider signing up for a BME Hard subscription where you will get access to all of the surgical and hard galleries.

Actually it started as a regular ampallang, and was then split in the left side. He also has a apadravya, you can see the ball on the barbell through the half-ampallang.

I have seen that picture somewhere and did’nt have to guess.
I like the partially split left half. I have only small nicks on both sides, maybe 5mm deep or so. Maybe the furthest i can go with DIY & bloodless 🙁

I guess this is only an appropriate thing to ask in one or two situations in your whole life, so I’ll just go ahead and hope this is one of them.

Can this guy achieve an erection?

There’s something undeniably powerful about watching someone working through the stages of suspension.
