Wow, it would appear as if corsetry hasn’t been featured on Modblog since WAY back in 2006! I bet a lot of current readers don’t even realize the semi-permanent and permanent changes to one’s body that can be created using something that is now often considered just a fashion accessory. These pictures were in the November 2009, BME corsetry & binding galleries and I am quite pleased to be able to feature them now.

I’ve always wondered what it looks like without the corset.

I prefer a much more subtle corseting. He’s got great determination, but I just don’t like it.

I used to be a tightlacer before I had to stop for health reasons – a disease I have, not related to corsetry! I sure miss those days. Props to Fish for the impressive reduction, it’s not easy on men! Unfortunately he is in the very bad habit of wrapping his extra laces around the corset, which destroys the fabric over time. Not a big deal on a simple piece like this, but if you do that with brocade or some nice fabric, it will ruin it. Good for him for wearing a liner though! So essential for tightlacing.

Wow, Im totally jealous! He has an amazing waistline! I’ve been trying to train mine, but not much luck so far as my job requires me to do a lot of bending, lifting and cannot wear my nice corsets.
