A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

They’re in my Raccoon Wounds

I don’t know why Keegan insists on doing tattoos that make me want to jump into a blazing hot shower and never, ever leave, but, um, thanks.

Dali was my inspiration for this piece, although mostly I really just like bugs. A couple people said Un Chien Andalou, but Destino, an animation Dali did with Walt Disney, was the first film that gave me the inspiration.
I only gave some of them legs because I wasn’t really sure how it was going to heal, so I thought if I did a sort of half finished style it might sort of even out if it faded.
Also ‘Ants’ by Dr. Octagon is a good song.

I was fortunate enough to see Destino at the Tate Modern, London a few years back, it really is a stunning film. Gorgeous tattoo, very effective
