A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Freakshop Threesome

I’ve posted a fair few ritual photos that have come out of Swastika Freakshop recently, so here’s some tattoos that have come out of the same studio.

Clickthrough on each thumbnail for the full monty..

Mike‘s scalp tattoo is fairly obvious (if you squint a little and set your eyes to “magic-eye” mode that is), and Ralf (on the right) had all this work done in five sessions!

The group of tattoos in the middle though, which I’m assuming is going to be covered up by blackwork, is a different story altogether, and one I’m sure we’d all like to hear about.

All of the above by Marc.

ooo i’m really diggin on the “magic-eye” swastika/dots very cool :D, and i like the scratchy artist look on the upper part of the right picture, as for the middle…honestly i really want someone who gets it to explain, cause it just looks like odd penis-es to me haha

really nice tattoos…i’m falling in love with black work…and the first tattoo is really outstanding…the one in the middle…i’m curious about the story behind it xD maybe they did it (like you said) because they where going to cover it up with blackwork…so to make it more fun they just used that space to joke around…don’t know..i’ll wait for the owner to explain that ^^

Hey! I actually got the scalp tattoo to work. I usually fail at magic eye things. Really like it as a tattoo, too. Add me to the chorus who wants to know the story of the middle one!

The middle one looks like a “map” to find out what the different places feel like, you know; draw a cock here, and there to have a feel for the different sites…?
You know when you get tattooed over large areas it can sometimes feel like the nerves are connected to other places in your body.

I assume the one in the middle was just trying out, for fun, how a tattoo comes out when drawn, e.g. blind, or with your left hand (links means left).

That said, being from germany, if I ever get tattooed I’m totally doing it at swastika freakshop!

Ralf’s on the right is just incredibly stunning. The intricacy and use of negative space are fantastic. The pain involved in getting a blackwork tat like that has got to be absolutely exquisite… Yum!

The one on the far right is amazing. I’m not usually into geometrical designs as tattoos, but that one is really striking.

It reminds me of quilts, and I love the way that bits of it fade into crosshatching.

I’m with #9 on the “let’s see what it’s like to tattoo with our eyes closed” part and even the left-handed part, but what is the elbow stuff? Why is it “left elbow” but “blind links”?
