A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

wow, that’s strange oO. but very cool.

Sure that’s not just a steel tunnel?

  6. RooRaaah Crumbs Avatar

mmmaybebaby – I’m pretty sure I can see condensation on the inside of the glass plate, I could be wrong though..

  7. mmmaybebaby Avatar

The flare certainly looks like steel to me, with the teeth reflected into the inside of the tunnel and “fog”/condensation from breathing through it. Either way, not a big deal because it’s a cool effect 🙂

its a steel tunnel, you can see the reflection on the front and in the tunnel

I wondered how large gauge labrets push around the surrounding tissue… well, now I know.

To me, it’s a very cool and somewhat creepy effect if one doesn’t expect it.

  10. Lars Sars Avatar

Are you sure that’s the reflection of the steel?
The picture is show from beneath (see the nose, and the tunnel is wider at the bottom)
Plus that would be a pretty deep tunnel for the lip.

If it’s glass or some other see-through material, that would explain the weird perspective inside the tunnel.
But I might be wrong 🙂

This is SO COOL! haha. love it. at first I was like… is this real? It has to be photoshopped. but I’m a believer now.

Oops, you might be right about the steel tunnel actually! Silly eyes.

    Lars Sars – I think it’s perplexing everyone :).

    Heya,
Indeed it is an Anatometal single flared eyelet.. not exactly comfy for daily wear in a Labret.
I’d like to get a clear glass one in the future but im gonna wait to have some dental implants done so the view will be more interesting!

To me, the creepy part seems to come from pieces of anatomy not lining up as they normally do. One probably expects to see gums, not teeth. It’s sort of like the Spanish Inquisition. Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

i go with steel tunnel, but it does have some glass-y effect… o wait, i was late, it has already been confirmed it’s steel, hasn’t it?

  22. Warren Avatar

ps: its clearly a steel or titanium eyelet not a pyrex/glass piece…C’mon folks use yer noggins

That’s fantastic, because your teeth look good ‘n healthy, though I had guessed a thick calcite lens was making it look like your teeth were lower or something. Two-face is an easy act to follow once you break $400k, so you know, looking forward to a good show with whatever needs to be done for the arts’ sakes there.

I mean, you can only get so much box out of dental hygenist love stories. Or I could. _bella_ remixed makes enough sense….
