i love how the people who always comment about how piercings look angry or pissed or raw or try and use big words like “fistula” dont even have iam and probably dont even have stretched piercings.
the area around the plug does not look angry. granted, it does look weird like he is pushing it out with his tongue. and if he is not, he should get a thinner/smaller backing so it doesnt stick out weird like that.
when you have a large lip piercing, the area around the plug is stretched tissue from the inside, so it is not the same color as your regular skin. it is more pink/red.
