A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

“Captain Obvious”

Can you guess what her tattoo says?

    “scat?”

Technically, this is not a scar at this stage, it’s a wound.

i was fairly certain it was “scat,” too, and was a little confused why it was titled “captain obvious.” that’s kind of unfortunate… or maybe not depending on the chick. i wonder if it’ll look more like “scar” when it heals…

Hahaha, I just pissed myself when I realised you guys read “scat”. Funny though. The font makes it look like a “t” I admit, but still, it is “scar”. And I have to tell Shannon it’s confusing when he mentions tattoo instead of scarification.

I wonder if, seeing as it’s been done in Oz, it’s a tribute to the Australian singer Missy Higgins (it’s a title of one of her songs).
    Probably not.

Ha ha ha… it’s an “R” slight tilted angle of the photo plus fancy cursive lettering I guess makes it look like a “T”… I can add a bit on if Mel so pleases, but I don’t really think it’s needed. Mel is tough girl.. she didn’t move, twitch or say any bad words. High five.
