    It screws together I assume — think of the tusk ends like beads on a barbell.

    The crookedness of that piercing would drive me batty. I love her hair, though.

    This is old nasallang , 3 years ago, a little painful procedure, but nothing excessive. Carry a bar ptfk and usually carries with balls. She is very happy with her piercing.
