Vegas – It’s the Hagall rune, and it’s a tattoo, done with no outlines with maroon ink by Foot in Mouth from Glasgow’s Custom Inc. He sort of painted it on with the tattoo machine, which is why it has an awesome uneven cave painting look when seen up close…
