Hells_Monkey has a pretty cool self-done (with help from Toast making the tunnels) transverse lobe piercing that passes through a pair of 10mm tunnels.

- Suspended, Not Silencedby JonathonThere’s something undeniably powerful about watching someone working through the stages of suspension. We all build up ideas about ourselves- what we’re allowed to feel, how much we’re allowed to express, when it’s okay to break. For some, suspension is not about pushing physical limits… Read more: Suspended, Not Silenced
- A Nightbird’s Passageby JonathonSome stories take their time, unfolding over decades, through life’s long detours and diversions. But dreams never rest until they’re fully realized. Even after 15 years, Robb knew there was still a suspension experience waiting for him. Something left unfinished, something essential. At OSC last… Read more: A Nightbird’s Passage
- What Lifts the Body, Shifts the Soulby JonathonFirst suspensions are rarely just about the body— they’re a meeting point between the physical and the deeply personal. Stepping into this experience isn’t simply about trying something new, but about stepping outside yourself to a version you had always sensed was waiting. I’ve had… Read more: What Lifts the Body, Shifts the Soul
- Skin and Strings: The Art of Human Puppetryby JonathonOne of the most powerful things about being at a convention like OSC is the sheer concentration of experience, creativity, and capability in one place. When you’re surrounded by people who not only understand the technical complexities of suspension but are excited by the challenge… Read more: Skin and Strings: The Art of Human Puppetry
- Twelve Points to the Skyby JonathonThere’s a particular kind of magic that happens at your first big suspension gathering when you arrive with nerves, an open heart, and the quiet hope of flight. Guided by the encouragement of mentor Lynn Loheide and driven by the quiet confidence of belonging, Alex… Read more: Twelve Points to the Sky
- Ontario SusCon 2025by JonathonIn March 2025, BME attended the Ontario Suspension Convention in Hamilton, hosted by the Kevin Donaghy and the Ontario Suspension Collective. We had the pleasure to take part and help document the event, but also run a booth to sell a bunch of old (but… Read more: Ontario SusCon 2025

I love the look of double tunnels. However what I love are 3 tunnels that get smaller twords the bottom of the lobe.I know there was a pic of someone who had it and they were huge great look. This one is awsome because of the transversal.+10 in my book.

This photo was taken the morning after I did it 🙂 Its doing really well for itself. I was sea salt soaking it for the first couple of weeks, then have just been rinsing it under the shower.
Thanks by the way Shannon 🙂

haha you’re fussy 😛 Nah, it was really difficult to get it off the bar for the first 3-4 days, especially because the tunnels are only 10mm.
I dont get it sticking to the bar any more though, so it looks a lot better. I’m excited about downsizing the bar eventually so that it is more snug to my lobe (obviously this one is longer for swelling ) 🙂

I so need to find someone who could machine a couple of pairs of my 1/2 inch steel tunnels so I can wear my transverse lobe piercings with something other than silicone plugs =(
