A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Oh, that’s lovely. The interaction between her skin and the needles is really something else.

that would make one heck of an awesome scarification if she wanted it to be more permanent. it’s very lovely.

i really wish the design could be defined by the needles, instead of being readable because of the remaining marker lines….

good try though….and the bloody aftermath pics are rad….

Yep, I’m with Megan and Shannon. Totally thought it was until I looked closer. Well if she ever wants scarification, this would look nice.

I’m with everyone else. This would make an awesome scarification piece. I thought it was at first and I was thinking “did some parts not scar well?” Silly me 🙂

I don’t want to nitpick so much but it could have been done a lot better than that… but I did think it was done over scarification at first, but then again, I haven’t slept in 2 days so who am I to judge.
