Thankfully I’ve never had a cavity. That said, I have a high pain threshhold, and haven’t been to the dentist in fifteen years, so maybe I have lots and am in denial (but I do brush my teeth and floss). This great piece was done by Shawn Fisher at Scattered Images in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Haha, I think I went to high school with this guy…we weren’t ever friends but my friends knew him and I saw pictures of this.
