A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Exposed Shoulder Musclulature Tattoo

Ian Mckown at Bound by Design in Denver, Colorado (who has great facial tattoos that I’ve posted here before) just did this nice shoulder tear-out piece. I should really add a section for just anatomical tattoos…

You are right as far as there is only one muscle in that location – the Deltoid muscle but its divided into parts
    Posterior Deltoid (Rear head)
    Middle Deltoid (Side head)
    Anterior Deltoid (Front head)

Im a med student too and i dont know what you’ve been studying but im currently studying Physiotherapy and work with muscles. And that ^^^^^ Is what they look like (maybe not so bright red but as far as position yeah) So yeah look up your Anatomy books and you’ll see im right.
