A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Where soul meets body

Pretty bold tattoo for an eighteenth birthday present to yourself! Self-designed (and I assume more inspired by Death Cab For Cutie than a deep need to escape to a specific island), but tattooed by Nathan at Cross Over Tattoo in Bayfront, Newport, Oregon.

I want to live where soul meets body
And let the sun wrap its arms around me
And bathe my skin in water cool and cleansing
And feel, feel what its like to be new

Cause in my head there’s a greyhound station
Where I send my thoughts to far off destinations
So they may have a chance of finding a place
where they’re far more suited than here

Yeahhh i don’t really like the tattoo. It’s too big and.. plain for that area. like if you had a short tshirt on, you’d see half the tattoo and it’d look a little strange?

I’m not sure what i’m on about

    But whatever makes her happy~

i love death cab, but this is one of the worst tattoos i’ve seen in a while. possibly ever.

if it makes her happy, great. personally, i wouldn’t get it as a temporary tat.
