A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Love or Perish?

That’s the big question, right? If I have to do one of the two, I choose Love (I have 1COR13 tattooed on me if you think this is just random blog-blabbering). Choice being offered by YorkshireLamb, tattooed by Doug Mendoza in Manchester, NH.

hmm… i would probably shy away from female anatomy that has a poison bottle tattooed on it. it’s like she’s trying to tell us something.

but really well done and very pretty color!

Could possibly be taken almost like a threat. You know, “love me or die” something like that. Sounds a little violent I know, but I feel better about it than the other things a poison bottle may suggest to people.

    Either way though, it’s hot.

Shannon, I’m really facinated at your biblical verse tattoo!

aside from many things, this really reveals a very rational facet of you. I know you are not a christian, and do not (necessarily) believe in Jesus or the bible, but the fact that you can still take a word of wisdom from the good book, and accept it for what it is, (an obvious truth, I’d say.) is a warming thing to see in a person.

I’d say too many people have a take it or leave it attitude.

“I don’t believe in Jesus, so that must mean i cannot justify agreeing with anything the bible says”

    kudos.

Aaron – I have two tattoos that quote from scripture… As well as the one I mentioned, I have Romans 3:28 tattooed on my left wrist (‘man is justified by truth, not by law’).
