A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

do him and that tattoo artist Yann (http://yourmeatismine.com/) work together? All their work resembles each other’s and I’m sure that they’re not the only artists out there that do this kind of stuff but I thought I’d ask.

  7. Leroy Avatar

The “black” sleeve looks like a dark blue to me… I’m probably wrong though.

    shannon,
has the top of that third tattoo been featured on here before? i remember seeing that and absolutely loving it.

  24. kellex Avatar

Maybe “Holy Meat” is a Mark Ryden reference…? I know he had that whole series of paintings prominently featuring meat.

Or maybe the person just likes steak a whole lot, like I do. 🙂

  25. kellex Avatar

Oh yes, the first three tattoos are great and I am absolutely *in love with* and *inspired by* the solid blackwork one…

    #6:
lionel and yann are good friends.

  35. CreativeNonFiction Avatar

Ugh, apparently I didn’t check that over, only s’posed to be the “this one” with the link, not the other one.

  36. jessica Avatar

fuck i love blackwork. thats beautiful.

  37. Carly Avatar

i was wondering if the little house is the house from the movie “dead inn breakfast” ?

  38. TOB Avatar

I fucking love meat. I like the little ketchup bottle too. Think I’ll go have a cheeseburger now. The first tattoo is cool the way it extends to the thumb is interesting, the second is so simple in design but has that eerie haunted house feel to it, and the third has a nice floral theme which I am partial to and I fucking love blackwork on top of that. Overall they are nice, simple, well executed tattoos
