I think that’s a Sprung or mandible piercing (boy, that encyclopedia entry needs to be updated — it’s a wiki, so feel free!) on this customer of Nickk Leading (Perforations, Denver CO), done using a three or four inch piece of tygon. Intense piercing!

OMG I only noticed 3 of the balls, then I spotted the one under her chin.
Kool looking chest piece would like to have seen more of that.

veronica: I”d assume based on the bottom chin portion that its either fresh or has a bit of scar tissue build up…Not sure which is the case since its somewhat hard to see.

i really like the idea of a mandible piercing, i presume it would let alot of fluid out though. any adverse effects i would also be curious about.

yeah I’d consider a mandable but I imagine once healed it might dribble some what?

i need to clear something i did not do the Cadavor Piercing i did the other three on her face. when i submited i did not take credit for it, another piercer did that for her
