I don’t understand what there is to decode.
I’m not really sure if its so much decoding or finding a few hidden things, at least that’s as far as I got from it.
2 options for myself :
1- Buttons for a sort of Winamp ;
2- A funny cigarette which makes a lot laugh stupidly!.
