Screech is desperate for attention. If I’m not mistaken, Diamond did not deny intentionally releasing the tape. He’s apparently trying to cast away his Screech image for good.
Contrary to this tattoo’s suggestion, a Dirty Sanchez is often an act of humiliation and degradation. (Or perhaps that is the intentional irony of this tattoo.) That is the way Screech portrays it in the opening commentary of his video (which is the only part I’ve been able to view so far.) Sure, some people get into consensual play like this, and that’s fine; but when it’s not consensual–like the nasty surprise that it is supposed to be in said video–it seems only very negative.
