A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

I just love this suspension picture, the lighting and background is perfect (or maybe I just have a soft spot for Wisconsin, I don’t know)! It’s her first one, a four point suicide-style, done with the folks at Cutthroat in Milwaukee, WI. Getting kind of cold there for suspensions — bring your scarf!

The fact that she is wearing a scarf, a woolly hat and no socks.

I’m in northern WI and surprisingly enough it’s still warm (47* F today). Don’t even need a jacket.

Here in Toronto I’m wearing shorts and a t-shirt some days still, it’s insane… Everyone’s still driving their convertibles, etc… Very strange for November.

In Wisconsin all you need is a scarf to be warm.
I’m about 30 minutes from Milwaukee. It was 65F today.

She is wearing the hat because she shaved her head.
