A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Lucky BMEgirl Thursday 1/15

When Rhetoric Dies sure used a lot of gauze on her Hallowe’en mummy (I assume) costume! But how many mummies do you know that have 8ga medusas?

Hehe my Halloween costume was an inferior (or superior, depending on how you look at it) version, because it consisted of two bandages and nothing else.

It wasn’t itchy at all and luckly it wasn’t too warm either since I live in Florida. And yes it was mostly cheesecloth with one strand of gauze wrapped around my head. It made for a fun and very restrictive day at work.
