- Suspended, Not Silencedby JonathonThere’s something undeniably powerful about watching someone working through the stages of suspension. We all build up ideas about ourselves—what we’re allowed to feel, how much we’re allowed to express, when it’s okay to break. - A Nightbird’s Passageby JonathonSome stories take their time, unfolding over decades, through life’s long detours and diversions. But dreams never rest until they’re fully realized. I’m actually on the roof of a condemnded oyster canning factory, and the harbor is about 50 feet below me (in the second picture when I’m sitting on the ledge, the possiblity of falling, naked, to my doom became very real).
The harbor is where they would breed oysters, and its probally overgrown with them now… I wouldn’t want to swim it really since the swamp-monster/dead body factor seems high, but to each his own…
