A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Tamara de Lempicka Tattoos

I really like this pair of foot tattoos on flowrdfrog. They’re based on two portraits (Madame M. and Marjorie Ferry) by the artist Tamara de Lempicka, and done by Justin Weatherholtz at Wizard’s World of Tattoos in Birdsboro, PA.

That’s awesome. I love deLempicka’s work, but had never considered it tattoo material – but they look beautiful!

My first serious girlfriend gave me a Tamara de Lempicka print when I was 22. I had it on the wall at the foot of my bed and would often lay there and see the tenderness and love captured in the eyes and imagine I was one of the two women in the poster. God, I’m such a soppy romantic!! I don’t know what happened to that poster.
