A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Obviously it’s intentional since he’s French himself… but I couldn’t stand having a spelling mistake tattooed onto me. Oh well, he can always correct it later I suppose. It’s a really sweet tattoo nonetheless.

Looks like the calf to me, or possibly underneath the upper arm… but calf seems more likely.

Proncess… it’s a play on words. She’s called “AnnaBELL”, without an ‘e’, so it’s “La plus bell” spelt similarly, I’d imagine….

Something like “Betti is pretti” or something….

having studied french for so long the typo is the only thing that stuck out to me, but i love the unique design on the bird, reminds me of this other innovative artist whose name i always forget.

I agree with pr0ncess. Though i think the mistake is intentional and supposed to go with the name.

Of course, I cannot BEAR to look at incorrect french

It’s about as annoying as hearing somebody confuse a Manet and a Monet!

I also read very big books

I think the last ‘e’ is missing to match her name, not because it’s a spelling mistake per se.

As much as the missing “e” is making me writhe too, I love that bird. Look at the shading inside — the texture is so painterly, and that makes a powerful contrast with the linework. Sex-ay.
