A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

It’s what we here at BME call a “scabbard”

You may know it better as a penis.

Woooooow… That looks to me like a fairly good-sized knife.

So, has he popped anything important doing that? I don’t have a real strong knowledge of the inner workings of man parts.

outmywindow – Probably not. The skin of the penis can slide and move very indpendent of the shaft. You can (not that I recommend it) pretty skin a cock and have it be “fine” (minus the major problems from scarring).
