A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Bob Marley / Beach Bum Coverup

I’m a giant fan of the work that Johnny Thief at Seppuku Tattoo in Savannah GA… Definitely one of my favorite artists on BME. Anyway, click the original picture below to see how Johnny cleaned it up for the client (totally covered it up with a new tattoo that is):

that bear was just looking for trouble, check out those beady eyes!
    he got what he deserved.

Yeah, the bear is definitely worse, but Bob Marley’s head looks somewhat disembodied to me. Bob looks like he was crying as the gullotine (sp?) came down, and that expression is stuck there forever now. Marie Antionette has some new comeptition at Madam Tousseau’s…

Of course his head looks disembodied, there’s no… body! 😉

He does look slightly uncomfortable, though.

… Well at first I didn’t even see the Bob Marley title and I thought it was Medusa, the lady with the snake for hair… ya he definetly looks a little crazy.. going from a bear to a psycho marley.. hmm.. interesting taste

Johnny’s tattoos tend to have a “psycho vibrancy” to them… it’s part of what I like about his work and makes it stand out from the crowd… check out his page and portfolios, he’s got some super stuff.
