A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

Damn, those are some BIG hooks!

Thanks to Tina from Milano for sending me these intense chest suspension photos… The hooks are immense! Part of me actually thinks this could be suspension using permanent piercings, but I’m not sure? I need to learn Italian I guess.

The holes where the hooks go in look surprisingly stretched for fresh hook holes since they seldom stretch to allow space between the hook and tissue and still there is no blood trickling, might be permanent after all… Also inserting that big hooks would be quite a job, maybe scalpelling or punching…

An old entry… never saw it before. That much look like the behaviour of permanent suspension piercings. My back ones which I did that year (see iam:Stormchaser) almost behave that way when suspending. Nice to see other ones doing the same thing 🙂
