A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

The most popular tattoo for women in SD

Alright, I’m lying to you. This is not a political protest tattoo about abortion being banned — it’s actually a tattoo of a coathanger to represent a love of fashion… but I’m sure that these days strangers must make very different assumptions given the prominent location.

Why is a coathanger a pro choice symbol?

Because when abortion is outlawed, women are forced to receive “backroom” abortions using unsafe methods such as coathangers, etc

I thought pro choice typically had a red circle with a line through it over the coat hanger though. But I’m sure she’ll still get bugged about it every now and again.
