A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

I Heart Pussy Tattoos

….but honestly, I’m not posting this tattoo because I want you to play a few rounds of pocket pool. I actually wanted to show it because they’ve done a nice job hiding a caesarian (ie. c-section) pubic scar — something that 600,000 people in America alone have to deal with every year. This is on IAM:_GEISHA_, and was done by DZ at Studio 138 in Kalamazoo.

I didnt notice the scar at first, it hides it well, but it is a lot smaller than my mothers, which is unfortunate for her.

There’s something undeniably powerful about watching someone working through the stages of suspension. We all build up ideas about ourselves—what we’re allowed to feel, how much we’re allowed to express, when it’s okay to break. Some stories take their time, unfolding over decades, through life’s long detours and diversions. But dreams never rest until they’re fully realized. First suspensions are rarely just about the body—they’re a meeting point between the physical and the deeply personal.
