Madison Microdermal

To start with, I should probably give a bit of background to this. I used to work on the checkouts at a supermarket, around the time when I first became interesting in piercings and other body modifications. One day while I was working a girl came in with a Madison piercing, and I immediately fell in love with it. Being the nosy person I am I started chatting to her about it, and that night looked it up on BME for some more info. To my supreme disappointment I discovered it had an unbelievably low success rate, and I REALLY ... read more

Dropping Anchors in San Diego

What's the longest period of time you've had between piercings? For me it was roughly 5 years. For years, I worked as a body piercer in Massachusetts. I worked in a small shop and often, I was the only piercer there at any given time. I had little to no contact with other piercers in the industry, and frequently viewed other piercers as, at best, and at worst, the enemy; a mentality fostered in the environment I was working in. The final 2 piercings I received, I performed on myself: an 8g PA and a 6g Dermal Punched conch. I ... read more

A Straight Successful Surface Piercing......

Prologue: On holiday in Canada last summer I saw a woman with two vertical nape piercings and thought they looked really cool. I already had a few myself but was looking to have something new and a bit different. When I told my friends they all said I was crazy and that I wouldn't do it, then the idea kind of fizzled out. The Piercing Until one day in August, about a week before I went back to college, I remembered my idea and decided to just do it. I had had all my piercings done by a guy called ... read more

Triple Whammy!

Surface bars... where did my fascination with them start? I'm not 100% sure, but I think it may have had something to do with seeing some done on a friend by Symppa. I liked the way they looked, liked the idea of it, but they were quite rare at the time, and it was hard to find anyone in Ireland to do them, so it kind of slipped to the back of my mind I guess. Fast forward a couple of years to a conversation with a friend who's an apprentice. Being the adventurous soul I am, I quickly offered ... read more

My self-done handweb - A dumb idea

I know that this was a very dumb thing to try, and I feel completely stupid for doing it, but I thought this story could be of some use to somebody else out there. I have never been able to physically injure myself, so trying to do a piercing myself was never a god idea. I had also been drinking, which is an extremely BAD idea. Well, here's the story anyway: I had wanted a hand-web piercing for ages, but I could never find anywhere willing to do it, or that had a confident piercer, so I waited and waited. ... read more

My first surface piercing.

I have been intrigued with nape surface piercings since the first time I saw one. I was getting my tragus done and a girl at the piercing shop had it done. All I could think about was the anatomy of it and how much it must have hurt! I was only 16 at the time. Now, 2 years later, I have several more piercings along with a semi-large tattoo. Every time I would get something else done I would want more and more. And every time I got something done all I could think about was getting my nape done. ... read more

My First Microdermal

So after seeing the article on BME on microdermals I loved the idea and I had to have one. So I called Infinite to see if they were doing the procedure. They said they were not offering it to the general public but to stop in to talk to the piercer, it turns out that I have been pierced there five times and I am pretty familier with almost all the staff. So when I came in we set up an appointment and that was that. Fast forward one week and the night before I get it done I decide ... read more

Madison Oh Madison how you affect me.

When I was in High school I always admired piercing. I was so generic with my taste back then and was into piercings like eyebrows, and earrings; just simple piercings. In grade 10 my best friend at the time had a Madison, and I thought it was the coolest thing. However I didn't want to get it done, because I didn't want to steal it from her. She told me I could, but I didn't. My parents thought I was crazy for wanting piercing, I suppose it's not there generation, but it's ours. Nowadays piercings are really mainstream, and I ... read more

Just an excuse to look at my boobs?

I expect many of you know what I'm talking about when I say I got the piercing bug, the 'itch', the craving, the desire. Whatever you care to call it I had it and was searching BME for something I could have pierced, to satisfy myself. I've seen pictures of the sternum piercing before and always thought how nice it looked and how it was something that just wasn't for me. It was for 'hardcore' modifiers, outgoing people; confident people. But I saw it, and maybe myself in a new light and after seeking the opinion of a few friends ... read more

Es war einmal ein Handweb

Na dann will ich euch mal meine Geschichte bzw Erfahrung berichten.
