Well I'm getting bigger very slowly. Every year I stretch my nipples to the next gauge, I'm now up to 4G (5mm) but I think I will stop at 2G (6mm).

Can you feel the weight of the jewellery at this size? What tool have you used to stretch? How about sensivity / sexual pleasure - does it increase with stretching?
