can’t believe i got that, lucky guess!
Transcrotals are front to back, this is more like a deep lorum.
Also the jewellery looks VERY short for that area… most transcrotal pictures I see have heaps of swelling room, this looks like its digging in.
Perhaps it was self done, which would explain everything – as both pictures shows a hand with no gloves.
