A black-and-white photo of a person mid-air in a Superman-style body suspension pose, supported by multiple hooks in their back and legs, smiling joyfully toward the camera. They are suspended horizontally in a large indoor space with high ceilings and visible rigging. A group of onlookers—some seated, some standing—watch with expressions of admiration, amusement, and support. The atmosphere is lively and communal, capturing a moment of shared experience and transformation.

So obscure, the amount of puzzled looks and questions from people will be great…

#2 – I’m not sure I would call Methamorphosis obscure. It was required reading in my high school.

I have to agree with #6. It’s not required anymore but enough people get recomended it out of interest that it’s not quite obscure yet. Plus having the title on the book helps serve as a reminder.

& on a random odd note 2 Kendra’s posting right after one another is kinda weird.

this is one of my favorite tattoos. i’ve been looking for a way to get a bug that doesn’t look gross, and this succeeds admirably. plus it’s just sweet.

Yeah I didn’t notice the writing on the book when I posted that, but then you also have to assume that at a first glance most people won’t and it does look like a bug reading a book, so I still stick by the obscurity thing, obscure is good though.

There’s something undeniably powerful about watching someone working through the stages of suspension.
